If you're eager to learn, passionate about patient care, and ready to grow, we welcome you to apply!</p> <p>You'll play a key role in supporting providers and ensuring a smooth, positive experience for both pediatric and adult patients.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <p>As a vital part of our care team, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Welcome and room patients efficiently, helping them feel comfortable and informed </li><li>Take and record accurate vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, temperature, weight, etc.) </li><li>Prepare exam rooms-ensuring cleanliness, proper stocking, and readiness for each visit </li><li>Document patient encounters and clinical data in the EMR system (EPIC preferred) </li><li>Assist with appointment scheduling, confirmations, and rescheduling </li><li>Support prior authorizations to help patients access needed care </li><li>Perform phlebotomy tasks (blood draws and specimen prep) based on training </li><li>Assist with front-office duties like insurance verification </li><li>Collaborate closely with providers and staff to maintain efficient patient flow </li><li>Provide friendly, professional care to patients of all ages </li></ul> <p>What You Bring</p> <ul> <li>Strong attention to detail and ability to document accurately </li><li>Great communication skills and a patient-first attitude </li><li>Comfort working with both children and adults </li><li>Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical setting </li><li>Basic clinical skills (or willingness to learn), including vitals and patient prep </li><li>Reliability and strong organizational skills </li><li>Availability to work Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM </li></ul> <p>Preferred (But Not Required)</p> <ul> <li>Experience with EPIC EMR </li><li>Medical Assistant diploma or certification </li><li>Prior healthcare or medical assisting experience </li><li>Background in family medicine or primary care </li><li>Pediatric patient experience </li></ul> <p>Why You'll Love This Opportunity</p> <ul> <li>Great opportunity for entry-level candidates to break into healthcare </li><li>?
