Sets up and operates a variety of machines in machine shop, including but not limited to; milling, turning, drilling, grinding etc. Able to work to close tolerances working from drawings with little or no guidance.</p> <p>Primary Duties & Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, or multi-axis machines) </li><li>Load programs, install tooling, and set work offsets </li><li>Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions </li><li>Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments </li><li>Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) </li><li>Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting </li><li>Maintain accurate production and inspection records </li><li>Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures </li><li>Collaborate with engineers, programmers, and supervisors to improve processes </li></ul> <p>Experience & Education</p> <ul> <li>Previous manufacturing experience (3+ years) </li><li>Willingness to learn </li><li>CNC programming experience (G-code, Mastercam, Fusion 360, etc.) </li><li>Experience with tight tolerances and high-precision parts </li><li>Knowledge of tooling, feeds, speeds, and materials </li><li>Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience </li></ul> <p>If you are interested in this role, please apply via the apply now link provided.
