Team members are required to rotate to various positions throughout the warehouse [picker, loader, dough room, trailer sanitation] as assigned. Assists in other departments as needed. Works in a safe manner at all times.</p> <p>Shift: Start time 8:00 AM. Must be available to work between Monday-Sunday 4 days/10 hours shift with rotating days off</p> <p>Compensation: $20.00/hourly; bi-weekly</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES</p> <p>Although this may be your primary duty or function, you are expected to be cross-trained in other areas of the business and assist in those areas on an as-needed basis and use standard operating procedures (SOP) to perform required tasks.</p> <p>Picking, Staging, Loading</p> <ul> <li>Specific detail about picking SOP (per Stop loading/SAP warehouse) </li><li>Complete load Verification with handheld scanner and verifies accuracy of assembled loads </li><li>Stages each customer order with the use of handheld scanner in preparation of loading onto delivery truck </li><li>Moves product from staging area to truck using LoadMaps to ensure maximum delivery accuracy </li><li>Secures load within cargo area of truck through the use of load bars and straps </li><li>Uses "First In, First Out" (FIFO) procedure to ensure proper rotation of existing stock with inventory </li><li>Follow Scan, Pick, Verify method </li><li>Follow proper safety trailer inspection procedures </li></ul> <p>Unloads and sanitizes inbound trucks</p> <ul> <li>Removes carts and dough trays from truck </li><li>Thoroughly cleans cargo area of truck to ensure sanitary storage area for product during transport </li><li>Verify that trailers are pre-cool prior to loading </li><li>Remove any product return from the trailers, log it, and place it in the return racks </li><li>Follow proper safety procedures </li></ul> <p>Miscellaneous</p> <ul> <li>Using safe work procedures, opens bales, crates and other containers to unload product into warehouse </li><li>Maintains safe work area through general housekeeping and performs sanitation functions as required </li><li>Uphold to company uniform standards </li></ul> <p>Domino's offers:</p> <ul> <li>Competitive wages </li><li>Paid Holidays and Vacation </li><li>Positive work environment </li><li>Benefits on the first day of employment! </li><li>401k matching contributions </li><li>15% off the purchase price of stock </li><li>Company bonus </li><li>Referral bonuses </li><li>Career growth! </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>High School diploma or GED </li><li>1-2 years of previous experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or production environment (preferred) </li><li>Basic computer skills for order processing and inventory control (preferred) </li><li>Company certification to operate warehouse equipment such as forklift or pallet jack </li><li>Must successfully pass a background checks every third year on your anniversary date </li><li>Understanding of safe lifting practices </li><li>Willing and able to work any day or shift as we are a 24/7 operation, including weekends and/or holidays </li></ul> <p>Additional Information</p> <p>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS</p> <ul> <li>Ability to stand, climb and walk on a continual basis throughout shift </li><li>Ability to push or pull up to 50 lbs. frequently throughout work shift </li><li>Ability to lift from floor to above the head, 50 lbs. frequently, and 75 lbs. occasionally, throughout work shift </li><li>Ability to work in temperatures as low as 15 degrees </li><li>Ability to do the same work repeatedly and for long hours </li><li>Ability to meet productivity requirements </li><li>Must be able to work wearing the Proper Protective Equipment </li></ul>
