This role drives architectural decisions, establishes coding and testing standards, and implements advanced CI/CD and deployment strategies. The engineer champions observability, resilience, and privacy-by-design principles, while influencing API and event-driven integration patterns. They mentor peers, promote best practices, and foster a culture of technical excellence through documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement. C#, Python, and modern frameworks.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architectures using Docker, Azure Kubernetes, Azure Container Registry, and ACR Tasks.</p> </li><li> <p>Hands-on experience with MVC.Net application development with dotnet, JavaScript and SignalR.</p> </li><li> <p>Hands-on experience with API design, RBAC using C# and dotnet.</p> </li><li> <p>Hands-on experience in WinForms and Windows control development is a plus.</p> </li><li> <p>Advanced knowledge of CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps</p> </li><li> <p>Expertise in Azure Application Insight, Azure Function Apps, Durable Function, Azure Service Bus, Azure Storage is required.</p> </li><li> <p>Architecture & Design</p> </li><li> <p>Proven ability to define reference architectures and influence technical standards across teams.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with data modeling, schema evolution, and zero-downtime migrations.</p> </li><li> <p>Leadership & Influence</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrated ability to mentor engineers and lead technical initiatives without formal authority.</p> </li><li> <p>Skilled at driving adoption of best practices and fostering a culture of quality and reliability.</p> </li><li> <p>Soft Skills</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent communication skills for translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a focus on trade-off analysis.</p> </li><li> <p>Preferred</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with Azure and cost optimization strategies.</p> </li><li> <p>Familiarity with advanced testing strategies for Unit Testing.</p> </li><li> <p>Contributions to open-source projects or thought leadership in the engineering community.</p> </li></ul> <p>Our Commitment</p> <p>We believe it is important for every person to feel valued, included, and empowered to achieve their full potential.
