<p>LaunchCode is seeking a self-directed Senior Technical Recruiter to drive sourcing and vetting of talent for technical and technical-adjacent roles. This role combines hands-on recruiting with strategic sourcing leadership. You'll be responsible for the full recruiting lifecycle while helping shape the strategic direction of our targeted recruitment efforts. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, leverage both our internal talent pool and external networks, and act as a trusted advisor to candidates and stakeholders.</p> <p>Specifics</p> <ul> <li> <p>Full-Time Salaried Position</p> </li><li> <p>Reports to the CEO of LaunchCode Labs</p> </li><li> <p>Salary Range: $75,000 - $125,000 base + commission structure</p> </li><li> <p>Fully Remote</p> </li></ul> <p>Role Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Execute end-to-end recruiting for technical to technical-adjacent roles </li><li>Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings to evaluate technical competency, cultural alignment, and communication skills </li><li>Partner closely with Account Executives and Account Managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and success criteria </li><li>Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies, aligning with business needs and ensuring a consistent flow of qualified candidates </li><li>Identify and engage passive candidates through targeted outreach </li><li>Maintain candidate database and talent pipeline systems, keeping candidate profiles current and organized for high-volume recruiting needs </li><li>Mentor recruiters on technical recruiting best practices </li><li>Stay current on emerging technologies, programming languages, and technical role evolution </li><li>Achieve placement targets while maintaining high company partner satisfaction </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>5+ years of technical recruiting experience </li><li>Proven track record placing candidates in software development, engineering, data science, or related technical disciplines </li><li>Experience conducting full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing </li><li>Hands-on experience with recruiting platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter </li><li>Deep understanding of technical skills assessment, including the ability to evaluate programming languages, frameworks, etc </li></ul> <p>Nice to haves</p> <ul> <li>Familiarity with HR practices and labor laws </li><li>Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems like UKG </li></ul> <p>About LaunchCode</p> <p>LaunchCode is a nonprofit cultivating and adding new talent to technology ecosystems across the nation through free, accessible technical education, job readiness training, and innovative talent solutions for companies of all sizes.
