<p>We are looking for a Salesforce Delivery Manager who will lead the successful delivery of Salesforce initiatives from planning through deployment. This role requires strong Salesforce expertise, excellent client-facing skills, and the ability to manage projects, teams, and stakeholders with clarity and confidence.</p> <p>Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce solutions, ensuring high quality and on-schedule implementation</p> <p>Serve as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle, maintaining strong relationships and clear, consistent communication</p> <p>Manage project resources, timelines, and budgets, ensuring efficiency, transparency, and alignment with delivery goals</p> <p>Facilitate team and client meetings to gather requirements, track progress, and resolve blockers</p> <p>Collaborate with Salesforce developers, architects, and technical teams to translate business needs into effective, scalable solutions</p> <p>Identify and manage project risks and issues, coordinating with teams to resolve escalations and maintain project stability</p> <p>Apply Salesforce best practices and project management methodologies across all client engagements</p> <p>Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) and conduct quality assurance checks to ensure solution integrity</p> <p>Understand and guide architectural decisions across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)</p> <p>Establish and manage CI/CD processes within the Salesforce environment, with awareness of different strategies and their trade-offs</p> <p>Support the full lifecycle from pre-sales to post-go-live, ensuring proposed solutions align with customer needs and expectations</p> <p>Apply margin calculation and forecasting practices to support budget planning and resource management</p> <p>Ensure teams follow coding standards, naming conventions, and best-practice development guidelines</p>
