The Finance team is looking to add a new Senior Financial Analyst to join their team on the Boston, MA campus.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <p>Financial Controlling and Analysis:</p> <ul> <li>Manage projects to ensure the accuracy and integrity of balance sheet and profit & loss accounts. </li><li>Prepare detailed analyses on accounts receivable, including aging reports and recommendations to improve collections. </li><li>Support the revenue recognition process, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and presenting key findings to management. </li><li>Oversee timely and accurate financial reporting for monthly, quarterly, and year-end close, identifying key drivers impacting performance. </li><li>Provide analytical and operational support for ad hoc financial tasks and initiatives. </li></ul> <p>Audit & Compliance:</p> <ul> <li>Assist the accounting manager in the financial audit process by providing required reports, reconciliations, and supporting documentation. </li><li>Ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies, identifying any areas for improvement. </li><li>Support regulatory reporting and other compliance-related filings. </li></ul> <p>Financial Reporting & Internal Controls:</p> <ul> <li>Assist in the development and implementation of internal controls to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency. </li><li>Contribute to the preparation and maintenance of monthly/quarterly financial closing packages for business users. </li><li>Identify and implement process improvements to streamline financial operations. </li></ul> <p>Projects & Process Improvements:</p> <ul> <li>Lead initiatives to enhance financial reporting and analysis processes, improving efficiency and automation. </li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial systems and reporting workflows. </li><li>Support ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as required. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications & Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field </li><li>4+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or auditing. </li><li>Strong experience with Oracle, Finance Force, and ERP systems. </li><li>Solid knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards. </li><li>Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling. </li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills. </li><li>Excellent communication, teamwork and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. </li></ul> <p>Why you'll love working here: Perks, Benefits, and more!</p> <p>This is the most fun, high caliber place you'll ever work.
