<p>Duties</p> <p>Lead and oversee all aspects of the high school football program.</p> <p>Build and maintain a culture that emphasizes sportsmanship, teamwork, accountability, and player development.</p> <p>Coordinate off-season conditioning, camps, and team events.</p> <p>Collaborate with athletic administration, staff, and feeder programs.</p> <p>Ensure compliance with IHSA rules, district policies, and safety expectations.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Prior successful coaching experience preferred; head coaching experience strongly considered.</p> <p>Valid Illinois teaching license or ability to obtain required endorsements for teaching assignment (if paired).</p> <p>Demonstrated ability to develop student-athletes academically, athletically, and socially.</p> <p>Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.</p> <p>Commitment to fostering a positive culture aligned with the mission and values of Bond County Unit #2.</p> <p>How to Apply</p> <p>Applicants should forward letter of interest, resume, references and completed online application (if applicable) to Bond County Community Unit No. 2, Dr. Wes Olson, Superintendent, 1008 N.
