Partners with the Retail and Commercial teams to promote our online channel and our ancillary services to attract new business and expand existing business relationships.</p> <p>WHAT YOU WILL DO (in descending order of importance)</p> <ul> <li>Services Business Banking clients through education, training and issue resolution via phone, internet or onsite visitation. Utilizes tact and experienced-based knowledge and serves as the subject matter expert to resolve member (internal and external) problems by explaining specific policies and products while representing the credit union in a professional manner and maintaining positive member relations. Collaborates with Retail and Commercial staff to promote eBusiness Services to new and existing clients through joint calling efforts. </li><li>Recommends cash management products, services and solutions to customers, as appropriate. </li><li>Processes applications for ancillary products such as Positive Pay, Deposit Products, and 3rd Party partnerships. Works with Retail, Commercial Lending & appropriate senior management to perform relationship analysis to establish product limits and mitigate the financial risk to the credit union. </li><li>Performs annual limit reviews and site visits of clients using services and makes changes when necessary. Processes the ancillary services monthly fees. </li><li>Works with operations to ensure daily ACH & Check files are processed in a timely fashion. Provides full support for all operational functions should operations team need assistance. Assists with the testing of Treasury Management product files as needed. </li><li>Monitors the competitive landscape, reports on client feedback and recommends new products if necessary to aid in the strategic development and growth of Cash Management. Participates in Business networking events if opportunities arise. </li><li>Keeps the Retail and Commercial staff informed of changes to products, policy and procedures. Meets with staff to promote services, answer questions relating to Cash Management services. Conducts periodic trainings on cash management products and services as needed. </li><li>Maintains internal policy and procedures. Maintains service enrollment documents in compliance with the appropriate regulatory agency requirements. Prepares for annual department audits and inter-department audits when necessary. </li><li>Works on department and organizational projects to introduce new products or to enhance existing products when necessary. </li><li>Prepares a variety of on-going and/or special reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and year end basis. </li><li>Performs other cash management, treasury services, operations, account processing and/or administrative duties as assigned by the AVP/Cash Management or VP/Cash Management </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <p>Education</p> <p>High school diploma or GED education required. BA in business related-field preferred.</p> <p>Experience/Skills/Knowledge:</p> <ul> <li>5 years prior experience working in a cash management/treasury service role required. </li><li>Must possess a strong service orientation in alignment with the credit union's mission and core values. </li><li>Must have the ability to work with all levels of credit union staff. </li><li>Must have strong attention to detail and handle multiple tasks simultaneously as well as changing priorities to produce the desired outcomes. </li><li>Must be able to work independently and in a team environment to produce desired outcomes. </li><li>Excellent verbal, written, telephone and interpersonal communications skills required. </li><li>Excellent organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills required. </li><li>Some prior experience in financial product sales is desirable. Must have solid persuasion and negotiation skills.. </li><li>PC proficient, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the Internet as well as other spreadsheets and financial analysis programs. </li><li>Ability to function in a financial institution branch environment and utilize standard office equipment including but not limited to: fax, copier, telephone, etc. Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs. (e.g. file boxes, supplies, etc.) </li><li>Some business travel required in order to support the cash management/treasury services business. </li></ul>
