Supervises and is responsible for the performance of staff members.</p> <p>Work is performed with independent judgment and initiative under the general supervision of an assigned supervisor. Performance is reviewed through observation, reports, meetings and results achieved.</p> <p>Representative Duties/Assignments</p> <p>Duties may vary based on area of assignment. The following are representative duties, it is not the intent to capture all duties performed by this classification.</p> <p>Youth & Family Services</p> <ul> <li>Ensures compliance with all standards and requirements of grants, contracts and county regulations. </li><li>Serves as a liaison with other departments, divisions, outside agencies, and community groups. </li><li>Presents program reports to relevant Advisory Boards and prepares quarterly and annual reports. </li><li>Collects, reviews and analyzes data and reports findings to the Division Manager. </li><li>Assists with the development of policies and procedures. </li><li>Assists to manage the Division budget and monitors expenditures. </li><li>Works closely with the Division Manager and management team to ensure the delivery of quality services. </li><li>Assist to manage hiring, discipline, training and development and performance appraisals. </li><li>Performs other related duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <p>Youth & Family Services</p> <p>Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Business or Public Administration, Social Sciences or a closely related field and four (4) years of experience in financial management of a program section or business unit to include two (2) years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
