Understands client's business and their reinsurance needs and applies knowledge of risks and the reinsurance market to find and arrange suitable reinsurance coverage and policies. Acts in the interest of the clients and offer products from more than one reinsurer to secure the optimal reinsurance solution. Identifies revenue opportunities among new and existing clients by creating demand and awareness of the organization's products. Achieves revenue targets through client retention and increasing new business. Applies practical knowledge of sub-function area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience.</p> <p>May require the following proficiencies:</p> <ul> <li>Working independently with general supervision; Facing function related problems that are difficult but typically not complex; Potentially influencing others within the function through explanation of facts, policies and practices. </li><li>Works to achieve operational targets within sub-function with direct impact on department results. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position.
