<p>Job Description</p> <p>We are seeking a Per Diem Employee Health Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team in Baltimore. In this role, you will provide occupational health services and promote wellness for our employees while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and safety protocols.</p> <ul> <li>Conduct pre-employment physical examinations and health screenings </li><li>Manage employee immunization programs and maintain accurate records </li><li>Provide first aid and emergency care for work-related injuries and illnesses </li><li>Coordinate workers' compensation cases and maintain required documentation </li><li>Implement infection prevention protocols and conduct exposure investigations </li><li>Perform fitness-for-duty evaluations and return-to-work assessments </li><li>Organize and conduct health education programs for employees </li><li>Monitor compliance with OSHA regulations and safety guidelines </li><li>Participate in employee wellness initiatives and health promotion activities </li><li>Maintain confidential employee health records in accordance with HIPAA </li></ul> <p>Company Description</p> <p>Renowned as the academic flagship of the University of Maryland Medical System, our Magnet-designated facility is a nationally recognized, academic medical center with opportunities across the continuum of care.
