<p>Job Title: Project Coordinator (Hybrid)</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>The Project Coordinator will support program reporting, data analysis, and operational coordination for cross bore safety initiatives within a utility environment. This role leverages analytical tools and business systems to collect, organize, and interpret program data, while partnering with engineering, operations, safety, and compliance teams.</p> <p>This position is well-suited for someone early in their business analysis or operations career who enjoys working with data, improving processes, and supporting cross-functional programs. Over time, the role offers increased flexibility with the potential to transition to a more remote work arrangement.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Support data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation using business and productivity tools </li><li>Collect, validate, and interpret cross bore program data from multiple sources </li><li>Assist in tracking program performance, metrics, and compliance reporting </li><li>Partner with engineering, operations, safety, and other internal teams to support program initiatives </li><li>Provide administrative and analytical support for ongoing program activities </li><li>Document processes, workflows, and business requirements </li><li>Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and best practices in program management </li><li>Support coordination with regulatory agencies and industry organizations as needed </li></ul> <p>Required Skills</p> <ul> <li>Foundational experience in business analysis, project coordination, or operational support </li><li>Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (data tracking, analysis, reporting) </li><li>Ability to organize data, identify trends, and communicate insights clearly </li><li>Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities </li><li>Effective written and verbal communication skills </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred) </li><li>Experience supporting utility, construction, field operations, or infrastructure programs is a plus </li><li>Exposure to safety, compliance, or regulated environments is beneficial </li><li>Interest in developing skills in data analysis, reporting, and process improvement </li></ul> <p>Work Environment & Schedule</p> <ul> <li>Hybrid work model: four days in-office, one day remote (typically Fridays) </li><li>Office location: Joliet, IL (non-headquarters site) </li><li>Initial training period may require five days per week onsite </li><li>Long-term opportunity for increased remote flexibility based on performance and program needs </li><li>Join a collaborative team within a well-established utility organization </li></ul> <p>Job Type & Location</p> <p>This is a Permanent position based out of Joliet, IL.</p> <p>Pay and Benefits</p> <p>The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.</p> <p>Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
