They company has a backlog of thousands of addresses that are not currently receiving active service. The company would like to figure out why these thousands of addresses have poor penetration. - may involve looking at tax records, GIS sites, county databases, etc. The overarching goal is to improve the quality of addresses in the database to better target marketing resources and eventually improve sales. This person will be a heads down analyst tasked with taking a chunk of these addresses and performing independent research to devise a way to correct them.
