<p>Department</p> <p>FSUCard Center | Office of Business Services</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for monitoring the on-line card system and on-site requests for the official university identification cards program to allow service and access to FSU card-based operations. Serves as a team leader for producing FSUCards, for university students, faculty, staff, contractor cards, departmental badges, and other related cards. Responsible for the production of all identification cards ensuring accuracy. Provides basic training to OBS staff in card production and troubleshooting related equipment. </li><li>Responsible for generating and reconciling FSUCard Center reports. Runs Card Center production and duplication reports, badge production, distribution, mailing, FSUCash, credit card, charge adjustments, Call Center, and service ticket reports. Maintains a daily, weekly, and monthly assigned report log. Provides analysis information regarding these operating reports. May provide research to verify the accuracy of data and research trends. Assists FSUCard Manager with other assigned tasks as required. </li><li>Assists in reviewing and maintaining accounting records for 1st level processing of credit card payments and FSUCash inactivity fee forms. Responsible for verifying and handling refund requests and balancing reports for refunds and charge adjustments. Provides required documents and obtains appropriate approvals. Researches issues and resolves any discrepancies. </li><li>Responsible for administrating customer service support related to the FSUCard Center service counter. Independently gathers customer information and handles customer service tasks and concerns, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives. Establishes customer service by greeting, directing, assisting customers, answering phones, email correspondence, and processing service tickets. Responsible for scheduling and supervising OPS front end employees. Maintains inventory of supplies needed for Card service center. Assists with the training program for New Nole Orientation. Recommends and assists with developing procedures to ensure customer satisfaction for the Office of Business Services and office operational needs to include equipment, workflow, staffing, and materials. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>High school diploma or equivalent and four years of experience.
