We are an equal opportunity employer; no information obtained during the recruitment/selection process is intended for any discriminatory purposes.</p> <p>Pay, Benefits, & Work Schedule</p> <p>Grade: 112</p> <p>Salary: $14.08 - $23.07 Hourly (Dependent on Qualifications)</p> <p>Department: Communications</p> <p>ATTENDANCE REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION ARE AS FOLLOWS: Rotating 40 hour work week, Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 6:00 pm. Must be available to work additional hours as needed.</p> <p>Who May Apply?</p> <p>All persons legally authorized to work in the United States</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>The Senior Call Center Representative will provide technical direction and perform on the job training of the work order management systems, customer service skills, and policies for the Call Center.</p> <ul> <li>Reach out to individual departments as needed to ensure all information is current. </li><li>Assist in making inbound phone calls as needed. </li><li>Handle supervisor calls when a customer is irate or requests to pass along a compliment. </li><li>Direct emails received from customer call center to the appropriate department in regards to citizen concerns. </li><li>Assist in making outbound phone calls to citizens that are needing assistance regarding IVR or online payments. </li><li>Ensure call center representatives provide responsive service in a professional manner by monitoring the work load throughout the day. </li><li>Responsible for training for all new call center representatives and training current representatives. </li><li>May be asked to perform other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Requires a High School Diploma or GED </li><li>Minimum of two (2) years of related experience </li><li>A valid driver's license is required.
