All training will be provided but a friendly approach, enthusiasm and excellent customer service are essential. There is room for professional development, if desired, which will see you grow from the ground up.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Provide unparalleled support to the team to enable them to progress the customer's claim </li><li>Manage incoming calls, directing callers to the appropriate team and handling basic queries </li><li>Follow up with customers for pre-requested documents, such as images of their vehicle damage </li><li>Assist the team with investigations into liability, contacting witnesses and sending out statements </li><li>Receive and process updates from various partner companies </li><li>Manage emails, adding mail to handlers' files </li><li>Chase insurers for payment of outstanding invoices, over the phone and via email </li><li>Submit invoices to insurer for payment; including a sense check review of those invoices prior to submission </li></ul> <p>Key Skills and Knowledge</p> <ul> <li>Great phone manner and customer service skills </li><li>Strong written and verbal skills </li><li>Must be computer literate </li><li>Have a 'can-do' attitude and a willingness to get stuck in </li><li>Attention to detail and the ability to proactively identify errors and problem solve </li></ul> <p>Desirable Skills</p> <ul> <li>Basic knowledge of the motor claims process </li></ul> <p>Working Hours</p> <p>Monday to Friday, 8am - 4:30pm - 37.5 hours per week.</p> <p>What benefits are there?</p> <ul> <li>25 days holiday plus bank holidays </li><li>Regular company events </li><li>Pension scheme </li><li>Hybrid working schedule; 3 days in the office and 2 days at home per week </li><li>Monthly McDonald's breakfast </li></ul> <p>This is a fantastic role based in an award-winning company so if you feel you have the right skills, drive and enthusiasm, please apply today!</p>
