<p>Position: Behavior Assistant</p> <p>Location: Memorial Elementary School</p> <p>Schedule: 2025-2026 School Year - Hours 8:35 - 3:05</p> <p>Salary: Per Contract $19.10 - $24.92/hour based on experience & certification</p> <p>To Start: December 2025</p> <p>Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required Bachelor's Degree preferred Knowledge and experience of the following are preferred:</p> <ul> <li>Previous Special Education experience </li><li>Experience working with students with disabilities </li><li>Behavior management training </li><li>CPI restraint training preferred Willing and able to train Duties: </li><li>Provide/support direct educational services </li><li>Work with students with disabilities </li><li>Work collaboratively with others in classroom (sub-separate and/or inclusion) </li><li>Create opportunities for generalization and maintenance of skills </li><li>Completion of daily log as necessary </li><li>Maintain student notebook in neat and orderly manner </li><li>Maintain student specific materials, reinforcers </li><li>Participate in program meetings/trainings </li><li>Review progress on IEP goals </li><li>Support students in ADL (self-care & hygiene, toileting and other needs identified by the student's IEP and/or care plan). </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned by Lead Teacher and/or Administrator </li></ul>
