<p>We are actively seeking a high energy, motivated industry sales professional to develop Futura Transitions product line within various geographies within the United States. Working within a B2B model, sales opportunities would occur within established distribution channels, as well as with contractors, architects and designers.</p> <p>The selected candidate will have a strong track record and a proven history of identifying and securing new business opportunities while developing and maintaining customer relationships. Experience within the commercial/residential flooring industry a plus but not required. The ability to develop product knowledge including manufacture, installation, and compatibility with adjacent products is essential.</p> <p>This chosen candidate will work from an office in his/her home and can be based anywhere within the assigned region (Eastern U.S.) with an expectation of travel throughout the region.</p> <p>The Regional Sales Manager will identify opportunities for growth in underperforming areas and recommend growth strategies. The ideal candidate understands the needs of the customer while prioritizing internal business goals and objectives.</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <p>The Candidate will:</p> <ul> <li>Research & identify market opportunities and trends vis-à-vis market intelligence. </li><li>Analyze market opportunities and operational capabilities. </li><li>Assess market size, regional characteristics, volume opportunity, required capabilities, competitive environment, market pricing, and internal production cost. </li><li>Develop sales strategies; and formulate recommendations for market penetration including key targets and lead generation. </li><li>Develop and coordinate "Go-To-Market" plans and activities. </li><li>Ability to work with marketing to identify trends, new product ideas, and promotional opportunities. </li><li>Represent Bonnell at industry events and to trade professionals. </li><li>Participate with the leadership team in the formulation and implementation of business growth and performance strategies. </li><li>Collaborate cross functionally with Operations to achieve results. </li><li>Meet or exceed sales forecasts. </li><li>Use Salesforce to track leads and fill pipeline with opportunities. </li><li>Continuously keep a full pipeline of opportunities and manage data well. </li></ul> <p>CANDIDATE PROFILE:</p> <p>The Ideal Candidate will have:</p> <ul> <li>2-3 years sales experience. </li><li>Manufacturing experience a plus. </li><li>Ability to travel up to 50% (will depend on location). </li><li>Flooring contractor, general contractor experience a plus. </li></ul> <p>The Ideal Candidate will consistently demonstrate the following behaviors:</p> <ul> <li>Initiative.?Creates and seizes opportunities to win, even when faced with ambiguity.
