Our work depends on Telecommunications Analyst joining our team to provide unified communication services to our FAA customer.</p> <p>HOW A TELECOMMUNICATIONS ANALYST WILL MAKE AN IMPACT</p> <ul> <li>Analyzes, maintains, and modifies telecommunications and video systems to meet operational standards. </li><li>Monitors the operations of telecommunications and video systems and services of vendors. </li><li>Conducts studies regarding telecommunication systems usage and recommends changes as appropriate. </li><li>Plans, coordinates and performs all moves and installation of telecommunications equipment. </li><li>Tests, adjusts, and troubleshoots complex hardware equipment as necessary. </li><li>Maintains records and prepares complex reports relevant to the operation of the telecommunications and video systems. </li><li>Provides end-user training of telecommunications and video features and functionality. </li></ul> <p>WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:</p> <p>Education: Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree: Degree in IT related field desirable.</p> <p>Required Experience: 3+ years of related experience</p> <p>Required Technical Skills: Telecommunications and video experience with AVAYA and ZOOM platforms. IP based telephony, PBX platforms, Digital Voice Platforms.</p> <p>Security Clearance Level: Agency specific - Public Trust</p> <p>Required Skills and Abilities: Communication and problem solving. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
