<p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Leadership & Oversight</p> </li><li> <p>Provide leadership, education, and feedback to ensure receiving and restocking are performed accurately, efficiently, and safely using proper procedures.</p> </li><li> <p>Direct and oversee company and contractor personnel across warehouse and inventory operations.</p> </li><li> <p>Act as the primary point of contact for customer service escalations, ensuring timely resolution in collaboration with management.</p> </li><li> <p>Inventory Management</p> </li><li> <p>Manage and control stock levels, making strategic decisions to optimize inventory.</p> </li><li> <p>Drive inventory optimization initiatives and develop performance metrics to track progress.</p> </li><li> <p>Identify excess and obsolete inventory for Material Review Board (MRB) and coordinate sale of obsolete items with Surplus Vendor.</p> </li><li> <p>Oversee monthly reconciliation and expense reporting for Zone Stores.</p> </li><li> <p>Operational Excellence</p> </li><li> <p>Oversee bag and tag (kitting and staging) operations to support production and maintenance activities.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure Positive Material Identification (PMI) is performed according to specifications.</p> </li><li> <p>Analyze and interpret material and labor trends to support proactive material planning.</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate with delivery services to ensure timely and accurate shipments.</p> </li><li> <p>Compliance & Safety</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure compliance with standards for quality, customer service, health, and safety.</p> </li><li> <p>Resolve health, safety, and security issues in collaboration with relevant departments.</p> </li><li> <p>Oversee the GTP Orange site Facilities Hazmat Shipping process, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.</p> </li><li> <p>Process Improvement</p> </li><li> <p>Oversee warehouse roles in the plant repairable process, ensuring efficient and effective workflows.</p> </li><li> <p>Respond to customer complaints and comments, implementing corrective actions as needed.</p> </li><li> <p>Recommend and implement improvements to warehouse and inventory processes.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or materials planning.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong leadership and team management skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.</p> </li><li> <p>Familiarity with kitting, staging, and PMI processes.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with SAP systems and inventory optimization tools.</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Skills</p> <ul> <li> <p>Certification in supply chain management or logistics.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience working with surplus vendors and MRB processes.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong communication and customer service skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work cross-functionally with operations, procurement, and facilities teams.</p> </li></ul>
