By providing patient-centered care through sensitivity and respect for the diversity of human experience, ProMedica nurses are dedicated to improving health outcomes for our patients and for the communities we serve.</p> <p>As the coordinator of a patient's plan of care, you will interact with the patient, families and the health care team through open communication, mutual respect, and shared decision-making. The RN will assess and formulate a nursing diagnosis, and plan, implement and evaluate the effectiveness of the care plan.</p> <p>In this position, you will work collaboratively with fellow nurses and support staff as you strive to achieve patient care goals. Specialty certifications as required by individual nursing units. </li><li>The RN in Ohio must complete twenty-four contact hours of continuing education during his/her licensure period.
