<p>Piper Companies is seeking a Sr. Software Engineer to join a growing team in the healthcare and human services industries. The Sr. Software Engineer will play a key role in leading and executing advanced development tasks for both frontend and backend, using .NET Core, C#, and modern JavaScript. The Sr. Software Engineer will sit 3 days onsite in the Raleigh, NC office.</p> <p>Responsibilities of the Sr. Software Engineer include:</p> <ul> <li>Provide Technical Leadership and solution validation on complex projects. </li><li>Mentor associates, mid-level developers to bring continuous improvements to the team. </li><li>Collaborate with the team leaders and other stakeholders to execute project goals and establish technical standards. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications for the Sr. Software Engineer include:</p> <ul> <li>7+ years of professional software development experience </li><li>Senior role experiences focused on .NET and JavaScript </li><li>Bachelor's degree, Microsoft AZ-900, AZ-204 Certification, AWS, Azure strongly preferred. </li></ul> <p>Compensation for the Sr. Software Engineer includes:</p> <ul> <li>$110,000 - $125,000 annually </li><li>Comprehensive benefit: Medical, Dental, Vison, 401k, PTO, holidays, sick leave as required by law </li><li>Raleigh, NC, Hybrid work environment, 3 days on-site </li></ul> <p>This job opens for applications on 2/27/2026.
