As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you'll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.</p> <p>As Technical Program Manager in Product Development & Insertion (PDI), you will lead exploration, development, pilot, validation, deployment, and growth of new products that enable global data centers. You will deliver on design and reliability targets, leading the products through their end-to-end product lifecycle process on schedule and at budget, across all existing and new global sites with a focus on environmental sustainability, cost-effectiveness and speed of delivery. You will deliver on a continued roadmap and be the point of contact and interface to all cross-functional partners for your programs and products. You will inspire innovation in the data centers that help to keep the world's internet humming 24/7, delivering results that will have a major impact on the current and future success of Google, all while representing Google's "how".</p> <p>The US base salary range for this full-time position is $192,000-$278,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
