Our dedication to quality, style, and affordability has solidified our reputation as a trusted and recognized brand worldwide.</p> <p>Summary:</p> <p>The Sales Manager is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the retail store.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Support the Store Manager in overseeing all sales KPI's including but not limited to; volume, margin, closing ratio, sales per guest, bedding and protection. </li><li>The ability to handle all customer-related issues in the absence of the Store Manager. </li><li>Provide exceptional leadership with timely and effective communication to the sales, guest experience, and visual teams. </li><li>Coach members of the sales staff to build individual and team success in a professional manner. </li><li>Assist the Store Manager in maintaining budgeted administrative costs including wages and supplies. </li><li>Ensure complete and adequate documentation of procedures and tasks completed. </li><li>Complete various report functions in a timely manner. </li><li>Aid to maintain proper staffing levels for the sales team job code in accordance with company set budget levels. </li><li>Prepare and administer impact coaching sessions for the development of the sales team. </li><li>Coordinate and execute daily, weekly peak state huddles. </li><li>Work with the Visual Presentation Manager regarding product placement. </li><li>Report changes in policy and other information to staff members. </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Requirements & Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma required </li><li>2 + years working in the retail industry </li><li>Ability to motivate employees to achieve sales KPI's </li><li>Ability to handle guest concerns in a timely manner </li><li>Ability to interview and staff retail location </li></ul> <p>What's In It for You:</p> <p>When you join us, you are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits programs, which include:</p> <ul> <li>Health, dental benefits, and vision insurance </li><li>Employee Discount from 10% - 30% </li><li>Life/Disability Insurance </li><li>Flex Spending Account </li><li>401K </li></ul> <p>Compensation: Individual compensation packages are determined based on job-related factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Annual Base Salary Range: $70,400.00 - $79,000.00.
