Are you hungry to learn and find solutions for our clients and colleagues?</p> <p>We're looking for participants in our CSEC Accelerate Program to:</p> <ul> <li>provide exceptional service through an omni-channel environment to make it easier for our clients and advisors to do business. </li><li>communicate effectively to educate clients on account services and capabilities. </li><li>diagnose problems through active listening and effective questions and own to resolution. </li></ul> <p>Through CSEC Accelerate - our 18-month career progression program - you will build your wealth management knowledge through business training and first-hand experience. Building the necessary skills as we prepare you for your next career step at UBS.</p> <p>This Accelerate program consists of three 6-month segments where your learning builds over time through critical skills segments that include successful client conversations and basics of financial services; as well as, additional in depth content specific to a wealth management desk. There is an opportunity to complete the SIE, obtain a Series 7 and Series 63 (or alternatively a Series 66) license and you will be offered training and support along the way. At the end of the 18-month program, a place out process will take place to identify the right next role for our Accelerate participants.</p> <p>Detailed salary information:</p> <ul> <li>Weehawken: the salary range for this role is $55000 to $77000 </li></ul> <p>The expected salary range(s) for this role as of the date of this posting is/are based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. This role may also be eligible for discretionary incentive compensation.
