HCA Healthcare partners with Harvard Pilgrim Institute and the CDC to use our data from more than 26 million patient encounters each year to impact the industry. Come build your career with us! In this role the leader will provide support to day to day operations of the assessment center to include assisting in level of care of assessments, organizing and directing transfer to programs, working collaboratively with our Manager Outpatient Therapies Clinics, and working with physician and other disciplinary teams to determine most appropriate level of care for incoming clients.</p> <p>Job Summary and Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Serves as an example for Customer Service and Customer Loyalty principles. </li><li>Works with Director of Admissions and Clinical Operations to develop and implement more efficient processes in managing assessment and referral systems. </li><li>Demonstrates initiative in providing customer service and resolving problems. </li><li>Supervises transport process between hospitals </li><li>Demonstrates an attitude of teamwork and cooperation. Utilizes good communication skills in interacting with colleagues and staff and in resolving conflicts. Attends to disagreements in a professional manner. </li><li>Facilitates effective communication and problem solving with staff in other departments. Demonstrates the ability to build consensus and exhibits leadership skills. </li><li>Fosters effective communication and a cooperative working relationship with other departments. </li><li>Promotes positive relationships and builds morale in the departments. • Integrates organizational and departmental values, mission, and strategic planning. </li><li>Continuously assesses and improves the performance of care/services provided by the Departments. </li><li>Demonstrates uncompromising ethics and personal integrity by adhering to the highest standards of ethical behavior. </li><li>Assumes responsibility for continually improving critical thinking, professional excellence, and personal well- being. </li><li>Makes recommendations for new services and assumes responsibility of growth of all designated areas. </li><li>Demonstrates the ability to problem solve at designated level of management. </li><li>Is an active, participating member of the marketing team. </li></ul> <p>What qualifications you will need:</p> <ul> <li>Registered Nurse OR Licensed Clinician (LCSW or LPC) Required </li><li>BLS required every 2 years </li><li>Successful completion of CPI within 30 days of hire and annually thereafter. </li><li>Minimum of five (5) years experience in the Behavioral field required </li><li>Minimum of five (5) years experience in Needs Assessment and Utilization Management. </li><li>Managerial experience of one (1) year is required. </li></ul> <p>Dominion Hospital has provided quality healthcare services for close to 50 years!
