<p>GENERAL SUMMARY</p> <p>Under some supervision and following established policies and department procedures, performs system maintenance for branches, provides back-office support associated with system related issues, upgrades or changes and troubleshoots problems and/or escalates as necessary.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS</p> <ul> <li>Reviews daily SRM and GSR system and processes deposit account system maintenance requested by branches. </li><li>Processes customer Privacy Opt-Out notices and posts applicable changes to customer account system records. </li><li>Reviews new accounts and maintenance reports for IRS regulatory reporting input accuracy, coordinates corrections with branches and processes required system updates. </li><li>Assists with daily ACH exception item processing, ACH stop payment requests and unauthorized ACH transaction claims. </li><li>Processes dormant account updates and assists with annual escheat mailings and entry in escheat system. </li><li>Performs annual W-8, B-Notice and C-notice mailings, processing, and updates customer account system records. </li><li>Performs miscellaneous deposit system maintenance as scheduled or assigned. </li><li>Coordinates updating, printing, and distributing of annual Authorized Signature Book. </li><li>Assists with ordering and maintaining supplies on behalf of Deposit Operations </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <p>Education:</p> <ul> <li>High School Degree. Some College with business classes preferred but not mandatory. </li></ul> <p>Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 2 more years of experience in a branch or back-office operations / banking operations. </li></ul> <p>Skills/Ability:</p> <ul> <li>Proficient in deposit systems, PC literate with typing proficiency. Detail oriented, </li></ul> <p>good math skills, strong communication skills, and ability to function in a team</p> <p>environment. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Bilingual English/Mandarin or Cantonese) a plus.</p> <p>OTHER DETAILS</p> <p>$20.77 - $23.08 / hour</p> <p>Pay determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.</p> <p>This position may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.</p>
