<p>Duties</p> <p>The superintendent is expected to be the chief executive officer and provide professional and educational leadership to the school district.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Must have or be eligible for Illinois Superintendent licensure.</p> <p>Salary/Benefits</p> <p>The Board expects to offer a salary in the range of $120,000 to $150,000 and a competitive benefits package including sick days, vacation days personal days, health insurance, life insurance, TRS/THIS contributions, and professional membership dues. It is anticipated that the total compensation package will be based on successful experience and education.
