To learn more about Kearney, please visit www.kearney.com.</p> <p>What you will do:</p> <p>As a Delivery Manager with IMTEK, a Kearney company, you'll drive end-to-end RapidResponse implementations, guiding clients from design through deployment to value realization. You'll serve as a strategic advisor, manage cross-functional teams, and build lasting client relationships-delivering impactful supply chain transformations with every engagement.</p> <ul> <li>Oversee the end-to-end delivery of Kinaxis RapidResponse implementations, ensuring client satisfaction, on-time delivery, and profitability. </li><li>Guide clients from solution design and data integration to planning model configuration and business value realization. </li><li>Manage project scope, risk, budgets, change control, and post-deployment support. </li><li>Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, articulating IMTEK's POV on supply chain transformation and digital planning. </li></ul> <p>Client Relationship Management</p> <ul> <li>Build trusted partnerships with client executives and stakeholders across functions such as supply chain, operations, and IT. </li><li>Expand client relationships to drive growth opportunities, follow-on work, and new project engagements. </li><li>Represent IMTEK's brand with professionalism, thought leadership, and a delivery-first mindset. </li></ul> <p>Team Leadership</p> <ul> <li>Lead and mentor cross-functional delivery teams with a focus on morale, performance, and professional development. </li><li>Promote an agile, collaborative, and solution-oriented culture. </li><li>Coach consultants on Kinaxis best practices, client interaction, and supply chain domain expertise. </li></ul> <p>What we are looking for:</p> <p>Primary Skills and Qualifications:</p> <p>Experience & Domain Expertise</p> <ul> <li>8+ years of relevant experience in consulting or enterprise delivery, with at least 5+ years of hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse or other supply chain planning tools. </li><li>Demonstrated success managing complex enterprise supply chain programs or technology transformations. </li><li>Deep understanding of supply chain processes including demand planning, supply planning, S&OP, and inventory optimization. </li><li>Experience across industries such as CPG/Retail, Life Sciences, or Manufacturing is strongly preferred. </li></ul> <p>Leadership & Communication</p> <ul> <li>Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and client expectations. </li><li>Skilled at translating business problems into technical solutions and communicating those solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences. </li><li>Ability to manage ambiguity, make decisions under pressure, and drive progress in complex environments. </li></ul> <p>Education</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field is a plus. </li></ul> <p>Compensation and Benefits:</p> <p>The position includes a competitive benefits package.</p> <p>IMTEK, a Kearney company is an Equal Opportunity Employer- By Choice.
