Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Data Management challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Act as an advisor to leadership to develop or influence objectives, plans, specifications, resources, and long-term goals for highly complex business and technical needs.</p> </li><li> <p>Design and conduct highly complex analysis to identify and remediate data quality or integrity issues and to identify and remediate process or control gaps.</p> </li><li> <p>Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas or the enterprise, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking.</p> </li><li> <p>Evaluate data quality metrics and data quality audits to benchmark the state of data quality.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions.</p> </li><li> <p>Recommend remediation of process or control gaps that align to management strategy.</p> </li><li> <p>Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise and serve as an expert advisor to leadership.</p> </li><li> <p>Represent client in cross-functional groups to develop companywide data governance strategies.</p> </li><li> <p>Partner with groups companywide to coordinate and drive collaboration on solution design and remediation execution.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.</p> </li><li> <p>7+ years of Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management experience</p> </li><li> <p>5+ years of experience leading end to end analytical work, including framing problems, conducting analysis, synthesizing insights, and influencing leadership decisions of Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management experience</p> </li><li> <p>SQL- ability to pull data from a number of different sources, build complex queries to build a reporting file, document and create flow charts and process maps of what the code is doing.</p> </li><li> <p>Python</p> </li><li> <p>Alteryx</p> </li><li> <p>Tableau/Power-BI</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Presentation and PowerPoint skills</p> </li><li> <p>Analytics skills</p> </li></ul>
