<p>Your Role:</p> <p>Work closely with Project Managers and Superintendents to drive compliance, reduce risk, and uphold RLW's highest safety standards across assigned project sites.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Administer and enforce the Corporate Safety & Health Program on-site </li><li>Maintain and enhance project-specific safety documentation </li><li>Coordinate and lead pre-construction safety planning with subcontractors </li><li>Review and approve subcontractor safety plans and hazard analyses </li><li>Conduct regular site safety evaluations and track corrective actions </li><li>Support and monitor toolbox talks and site safety meetings </li><li>Lead accident investigations and ensure proper reporting </li><li>Collaborate with Risk Management to identify and reduce jobsite risks </li><li>Deliver and track employee safety training (OSHA 10/30, HAZWOPER, etc.) </li><li>Prepare and submit safety data and reports to corporate </li><li>Travel regionally to support multiple projects as needed </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent experience. </li><li>4+ years of field safety management experience in the Construction Industry. </li><li>10-15+ Supervisory experience. </li><li>Knowledge of construction safety. </li><li>Thorough understanding of applicable federal, state, provincial, local and company regulations and the ability to locate them as needed. </li><li>OSHA 30, 500,510, CSP, CHST or equivalent is required </li></ul> <p>We are an equal opportunity employer: We do not discriminate based on race, color, national origin, religion, creed, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, age, genetic information, marital status, military status, membership or activity in a local human rights commission, or status with regard to public assistance, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.</p>
