Read further to learn how you could help make great things possible not only in your community, but around the world.</p> <p>In the role of Electrical Designer/EIT, we'll count on you to:</p> <ul> <li>Conduct analyses to develop electrical design options or recommendations, and assist in the preparation of project deliveries (examples include engineering drawing packages, cost estimates, and project specifications) </li><li>Perform routine engineering assignments, requiring application of standard techniques and procedures </li><li>Complete projects with clear, specified objectives and limited variables </li><li>Work independently on small projects, or assist more-senior engineers/professionals on larger projects </li><li>Work with assistance from Project Engineers, other Engineers In-Training (EITs), Designers or BIM Specialist as needed </li><li>Perform other duties as needed </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related engineering field </li><li>EIT or ability to obtain. Candidates hired without their EIT will be titled "Electrical Designer" and will be expected to obtain their EIT for career progression </li><li>Local candidates preferred </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Engineering </li><li>Computer skills in Microsoft Office </li><li>An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture </li></ul> <p>What We Believe</p> <p>HDR is our company.
