(NASDAQ: ULCC).</p> <ul> <li>Frontier is the most fuel-efficient of all major U.S. carriers when measured by ASMs per fuel gallon consumed. </li></ul> <p>What Will You Be Doing?</p> <p>Whether placed on the Pricing side (focused on determining competitive positioning and fare product strategy vs. the market) or the Yield Management side (focused on forecasting demand and controlling seat availability), you'll dive deep into competitive analysis, performance trends, and data modeling to help make real-time, high-stakes decisions that directly impact the business.</p> <p>Essential Functions</p> <p>Sr Analyst</p> <ul> <li>Lead development and implementation revenue plans and strategies that align with Frontier's commercial goals, adapting dynamically to market competitive dynamics in each of your markets. </li><li>Analyze flight performance against your plans and identify opportunities to improve revenue through pricing or inventory actions. </li><li>Monitor key revenue and fare performance metrics to assess impact of pricing decisions or yield actions. </li><li>Utilize revenue management tools and systems to forecast demand and optimize pricing across hundreds of markets. </li><li>Provide insight and thought leadership in cross-functional meetings with Commercial teams (e.g., Network Planning, Marketing, and Revenue). </li><li>Continuously evaluate pricing and inventory tactics to refine approach and improve business outcomes. </li><li>Support and contribute to team projects. </li><li>Curious about continuous performance improvement and is constantly looking for additional opportunities to improve our revenue performance </li></ul> <p>Lead Analyst</p> <ul> <li>Acts as a mentor to the rest of the team </li><li>Helps train and develop new analysts and other junior members of the team </li><li>Design and execute advanced pricing and inventory models to forecast demand, maximize yield, and maintain competitive positioning. </li><li>Serve as a team-wide resource and expert, offering strategic input and best practices </li><li>Lead cross-department initiatives with teams such as Network Planning, Marketing, and Revenue to drive cohesive commercial strategies. </li><li>Identify revenue opportunities through proactive analysis, experimentation, and scenario planning. </li></ul> <p>Other Functions</p> <p>Sr. Analyst:</p> <ul> <li>Stay informed on industry trends, competitor behavior, and emerging technologies that impact revenue strategy. </li><li>Represent Revenue Management in cross-functional strategic initiatives or cross-department task forces. </li><li>Provide support during irregular operations or high-demand periods. </li></ul> <p>Lead Analyst:</p> <ul> <li>Represent Revenue Management in high-level internal meetings or external industry forums. </li><li>Drive innovation by evaluating new tools, technologies, or processes that could enhance revenue outcomes. </li><li>Serve as point of contact during operational disruptions, recovery planning, or urgent commercial decisions. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Engineering, Finance, Business, Statistics, Aviation Management, Data Analytics, or related field </li><li>Sr. Analyst: 4+ years of experience preferred (MBA Graduating Class of 2025 or recent grads encouraged to apply) </li><li>Lead Analyst: 6+ years of experience preferred (MBA Graduating Class of 2025 encouraged to apply) </li></ul> <p>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities</p> <p>Sr. Analyst:</p> <ul> <li>Advanced analytical capabilities with a proven ability to interpret large datasets, build models, and make data-driven decisions. </li><li>High proficiency in Excel; working knowledge of SQL, Python, or similar tools required. </li><li>Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) strongly preferred. </li><li>Excellent communication and storytelling skills; able to influence senior stakeholders with clear, compelling insights. </li><li>Demonstrated leadership potential, with ability to manage projects and mentor peers. </li><li>Deep curiosity and strategic thinking, with a continuous improvement mindset. </li></ul> <p>Lead Analyst:</p> <ul> <li>Expertise in data analytics, forecasting, and revenue optimization within a commercial aviation environment. </li><li>Highly proficient in Excel, SQL, and data modeling;
