<p>Job Title: IT Service Analyst</p> <p>Location: Runcorn (with occasional customer and business site visits)</p> <p>Salary: Competitive (based on experience)</p> <p>Working Pattern: Full-time, Permanent</p> <p>About Us:</p> <p>At PHOENIX Medical Supplies, our IT Service Delivery team ensures that all technology services are cost-effective, compliant, and efficiently managed. Supporting all Phoenix UK businesses, the team is vital in delivering financial clarity, robust vendor management, and secure mobile device lifecycle operations. With a commitment to innovation, accuracy, and lean processes, we work cross-functionally to improve how IT supports healthcare delivery across the UK.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Monitor and manage the full cost lifecycle of UK IT services, including vendor billing and contract oversight. </li><li>Administer mobile device lifecycle processes: procurement, billing, usage monitoring, and secure deployment. </li><li>You will support the full contract lifecycle, including onboarding, renewals, terminations, and ensuring financial and service-level compliance across all vendor engagements including conducting contract and invoice audits to ensure accuracy and eliminate redundant services. </li><li>Analyse financial data and support IT budget planning and cost reporting. </li><li>Maintain accurate records using CMDB and ITSM tools; produce reports using Microsoft 365 and Excel. </li><li>Support IT service catalogue and asset management, driving efficiency through continuous improvement. </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For:</p> <ul> <li>Strong financial and vendor management experience, particularly with IT contracts and cost reconciliation. </li><li>Advanced Excel and data analysis skills; attention to detail with a high level of numerical accuracy. </li><li>Experience of process documentation using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, CMDB, and ITSM tools is desirable.
