<p>Job Description</p> <p>Position Summary</p> <ul> <li>The Quality Nurse Specialist position will be a Stroke Specialist/Sepsis Coordinator and will support performance improvement for Critical Care Operations at ECU Health Duplin. </li></ul> <p>Minimum Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Associate degree in Nursing is required, Bachelor degree in Nursing is preferred </li><li>Current NC RN licensure </li><li>Critical care experience is preferred </li><li>1 or more years of clinical experience is required. </li></ul> <p>Pay Range</p> <ul> <li>Quality Nurse Specialist II salary range > $72259.20 - $105328.08 </li><li>Final compensation is based QNS career ladder placement (QNS I - QNS III) </li></ul> <p>Other Information</p> <ul> <li>Location/Department: ECU Health Duplin (Kenansville, NC) - Clinical Quality Management </li><li>This position is full-time (40hrs/week) - Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm </li><li>The focus of this Quality role is critical care. </li><li>#LI-EH1 </li></ul> <p>ECU Health</p> <p>About ECU Health Duplin Hospital</p> <p>ECU Health Duplin Hospital is an 81-bed facility located in Kenansville, North Carolina. The 15-bed emergency department serves approximately 25,000 patients per year.
