The patient-centric and award-winning approach we're taking in business fuels our:</p> <ul> <li>focus on science and innovation, we aim to offer a lifetime of clearer vision </li><li>commitment to developing and commercializing innovative therapeutics to improve the lives of patients with serious retinal diseases </li><li>Delivery of innovative therapeutics to protect vision, specializing in sustained-release treatments for serious retinal diseases. </li></ul> <p>We See You.</p> <p>Your wellbeing</p> <p>Your professional worth</p> <p>Your future at EyePoint</p> <p>EyePoint offers robust total rewards in a?science-based entrepreneurial culture that empowers curiosity and innovation to help catapult your career.?There's space for every voice and perspective to be heard in our on-site and remote environments where a variety of strengths and diverse backgrounds are connected.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:</p> <p>This is an amazing opportunity for individuals looking to drive high impact and develop along the way!</p> <p>Benefits</p> <ul> <li>Be the first point of contact for employee Benefits, HR/Payroll and Total Rewards inquiries </li><li>Conduct Benefits portion of new hire orientation </li><li>Partner with the Talent Acquisition and Human Resources Operations to ensure Onboarding programs are effective and meet the needs of a growing organization from a Total Rewards perspective </li><li>Manage Benefit enrollments and changes in Paylocity and other Benefit systems </li><li>Conduct periodic audits of all lines of coverage </li><li>Reconcile benefit invoices in partnership with Finance function </li><li>Assist with coordinating wellbeing initiatives and annual Health Fairs </li><li>Maintain employee facing wellness resources </li><li>Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations </li><li>Maintain knowledge of Human Resources trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and employment law </li></ul> <p>Compensation and Rewards</p> <ul> <li>Manage the data administration for the current Rewards and Recognition system </li><li>Ensure organizational governance around career level frameworks, job architecture and job evaluations </li><li>Create new positions in HRIS system (Paylocity) </li><li>Conduct market research, participate in compensation surveys, and analyze pay data to ensure competitive positioning </li><li>Support year-end compensation planning process within Compensation planning system </li><li>Prepare data needed to comply with state pay laws </li><li>Identify creative and fun ways to recognize and reward employees </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Level of Education Required:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or other relevant area </li></ul> <p>Number of Years of Experience in the Function and in the Industry:</p> <ul> <li>5 - 8 years within Human Resources with focus on Benefits or Compensation </li></ul> <p>Primary skills and knowledge required include, but are not limited to the following:</p> <ul> <li>Excellent interpersonal,?written?and verbal communication skills </li><li>Able to speak comfortably with employees?and quickly gain trust at?all levels?while showing compassion and kindness </li><li>Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail </li><li>Handle confidential and employee information?sensitively </li><li>Ability to work through ambiguity?and manage multiple projects at one time </li><li>Ability to work autonomously and self-motivate, as well as?collaborate?in a team environment </li><li>Working knowledge of federal and state laws with solid HR?policies and practices experience including ADA, EEO, FMLA, wage and hour laws,?ERISA?and benefits. </li><li>Computer?proficiency?in MS Office Suite?and?HRIS systems </li><li>Prior experience in Compensation and or Benefits required </li><li>Analytics and mathematical?aptitude a plus </li><li>Experience with Radford Survey data, Wishlist, Paylocity and Compensation systems a plus </li></ul> <p>Min</p> <p>USD $124,630.00/Yr.</p> <p>Max</p> <p>USD $157,590.00/Yr.</p>
