<p>Job Description Summary</p> <p>Coordinate wing to wing plan for Asset Management Modules with AM/Shops/Supply Chain</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Work with Supply Chain and Shop teams to define frozen plan for Asset Management Modules </li><li>Act as the interface with AM team to ensure priorities are captured and properly evaluated for frozen plan definition </li><li>Monitor execution of AM modules through the entire Shop Network </li><li>Work with Shop teams and Supply Chain to identify solutions to allow execution of the modules in plan </li><li>Coordinate with Channel Master Scheduler for critical material allocations </li><li>Work with AM team, Supply Chain and Shop teams to define long term plan for AM modules </li><li>Work with shop teams and Lean team on initiatives to improve TAT and Schedule Attainment. </li></ul> <p>Basic Qualification</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree with at least 3-5 years of experience in aeroderivative services or related field OR Associate's Degree with at least 5-7 years of experience in aeroderivative services or related field OR High School Diploma/GED with at least 8-10 years of experience in aeroderivative field services or equivalent </li><li>Aeroderivative Gas Turbine knowledge </li><li>Proficiency in ERP systems </li><li>Advanced use of Excel and reporting tools </li><li>Process, results, and detail oriented </li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills </li></ul> <p>Desired Characteristics</p> <ul> <li>Inclusive leadership style, ability to influence others. </li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communications skills (written, verbal). </li><li>Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt, Black Belt) </li></ul> <p>About Us: Aero Alliance is a Joint Venture that serves three segments of customers - its two parent companies, Baker Hughes and GE Vernova, as well as the Authorized Service Providers (ASP) network. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
