If you're organized, persuasive, and love making order out of ambiguity, this role will give you unmatched exposure and influence.</p> <p>What you'll do...</p> <p>The Strategy & Mechanisms team is responsible for setting the strategic direction and building the internal operating model that enables Walmart's Last Mile Delivery organization to execute with clarity, speed, and impact. The team drives cross-functional alignment, prioritization, and performance management, while ensuring that executive communication, decision-making forums, and change initiatives are structured and effective. This work is critical to translating high-level vision into day-to-day action across a complex, fast-moving business.
