<p>We are seeking a talented Senior People & Culture (HR) Manager to join our growing team!</p> <p>IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE:</p> <ul> <li>5+ years experience in HR, payroll, and employee relations in the hospitality industry </li><li>A dynamic, positive personality that is ambitious and self-motivated </li><li>High standards and an impressive sense of urgency </li><li>The ability to support multiple locations by maintaining HR, payroll, and benefits systems and processes </li><li>Bilingual (Spanish/English or other languages) a plus </li><li>True passion and care for people and a love for the restaurant industry </li></ul> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:</p> <ul> <li>Maintain all HR Administrative functions (Employee Personnel Files, Compliance of I-9 Forms, and ensuring all records are up to date). </li><li>Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and internal policies. </li><li>Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies that support the company's business goals and long-term growth. </li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts. </li><li>Conduct thorough, unbiased investigations of employee complaints including harassment, discrimination, misconduct, and policy violations. </li><li>Coach and support managers and employees in conflict resolution and effective communication practices. </li><li>Recommend policy updates and ensure compliance with evolving legal and regulatory standards. </li><li>Provide training to managers and employees on employee relations topics including workplace behavior, performance management, and anti-harassment. </li><li>Support managers in handling performance management, corrective actions, and disciplinary procedures. </li><li>Promote a positive workplace culture through proactive initiatives that support employee satisfaction, inclusion, and retention. </li><li>Manage compensation structures, salary benchmarking, and benefits program design </li><li>Support succession planning and leadership development. </li><li>Partner with leadership on engagement strategies and organizational development programs. </li><li>Assist the Front and Back of House for all recruiting needs. </li><li>Lead the onboarding/exit interview process for all employees. </li><li>Facilitate and/or coordinate all employee trainings and onboarding for the company (i.e.- Sexual Harassment Training, Manager Onboarding, etc. </li><li>Respond to all unemployment inquiries and employment verification requests. </li><li>Maintain up to date knowledge of all laws and regulations affecting the company. </li></ul> <p>UNPARALLELED COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:</p> <ul> <li>Gold insurance plan with 75% company contribution </li><li>Paid time off </li><li>Parental leave </li><li>401k with company match up to 6% </li><li>Complimentary gym membership </li><li>Commuter benefits, flexible spending and dependent care accounts </li></ul> <p>La Pecora Bianca is a proud Equal Opportunity Employer.</p>
