<p>Scope: The project & program responsibilities are focused on the delivery of a product or computer-based system from design to release for customers. Develop and manage program plans, including timelines, milestones, deliverables, and procurement activities. Coordinate activities across multiple projects to ensure alignment with program objectives. Monitor program performance and implement corrective actions as needed. Manage program budgets and financials. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and resolve conflicts. Ensure adherence to engineering standards and best practices. Lead the APSS SMB/Core Platforms NPI team which represents the Controllership/Accounting teams from a product launch perspective. Lead and deliver the product roadmap for the SMB and Core Platform Portfolios and work with cross-functional teams (Accounting, Accounting Policy Group, Program managers, product, development/FTI, analytics and UX). Lead a team to execute on the roadmap and identify the matrices to define the success of product launches. Act as a liaison between GCP, External banks, Treasury, ARP, Accounting, Disputes, Accounting policy, Risk, Operational reporting, regulatory reporting, AFI BA , Recon and Corrections team to gather requirements and assess impact. Communicate program status to stakeholders and executive leadership. Problem solve, resolve conflicts and unblock programs, escalating when needed. Lead a Business Requirements discussion with all impacted teams and ensure that teams are equipped with all relevant inputs to design the accounting and reconciliation requirements document. Document the outcome of discussion within a BRD that documents the product description, signed off T-accounts, reconciliation approach, bank accounts and ledger accounts. Partner with Finance technology function to engineer the accounting systems to support the business requirements. Partner with the accounting function to execute the user acceptance testing. Adhere to all controls in place to ensure compliance with Sox. Manage a team up to 5 FTEs, including mentorship, goal setting, and team building. Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Proven track record of managing complex programs within an engineering environment. Relevant experience organizing multiple teams delivering on accounting/product development initiatives required. Agile lifecycle management experience preferred. Successful track record of managing complex development programs to deliver technical solutions and achieve business results, positively impacting the customer experience. Proven ability to develop effective, matrixed, cross-organization relationships, collaborating and communicating across business and technology stakeholders and multiple geographies An inherent bias to action Proven leadership skills; self-motivated and a self-starter with a "Can do" attitude Team player, energetic personality, quality minded, focused, committed and able to work independently in a fast-paced, changing environment High degree of professional confidence and credibility with effective presence, strong written and verbal communication skills, able to communicate technical concepts and plans at all levels Sharp business judgment, detail oriented yet able to always see the 'big picture' Strong partnering and influencing skills in all mediums and throughout all levels of the organization including senior leaders Strong problem-solving skills, able to prioritize among many conflicting needs, advocate a course of action, and pursue it consistently Ability to adapt, be flexible and responsive to dynamic situations</p>
