<p>Job Description</p> <p>Assists in the analysis, configuration, testing, and on-going support of the Epic Healthy Planet population management application, which encompasses support for Value-Based Care, Care Management and Regulatory and Quality Reporting. Assists in consultation with departments to provide customer support during and post implementation.</p> <p>Job Responsibility</p> <ul> <li>Assists in the analysis, verification, tracking and development of implementation plans for system development and implementation of project access which may include discovery, design, conversion, testing, and/or any other components of the project plan cycle. </li><li>Helps in ensuring processes are compliant with system policies, applicable laws, and contractual bargaining agreements. </li><li>Collaborates with implementation teams to resolve user issues. </li><li>Assists in consultation with departments to provide customer support during and post implementation. </li><li>Troubleshoots issues and resolves concerns as well as recommends necessary fixes. </li><li>Operates with direct guidance and work assignments are generally straightforward and of moderate complexity. </li><li>Performs related duties as required.
