Responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Financial and Resource Management: Support a wide range of planning, evaluation, review, and prioritization of technical and financial resource activities associated with assigned programs. </li><li>Cost Analysis & Forecasting: Support Government cost analysis, forecasting, and planning, including support of the Program Objective Memorandum (POM) / Budget Estimate Submission (BES), and other cost functions for assigned programs. </li><li>Program Support: Provide support for program, planning, evaluation, and financial management functions across the program life cycle. </li><li>Coordination & Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate with Program Managers, PEO staff, DA staff, other services, and industry personnel during all phases of the life cycle of assigned projects. </li><li>Financial Systems Operations: Work with the requiring activity to support the Program Objective Estimate (POE) development, and work with SOMARDS and GFEBS to process financial transactions. </li></ul> <p>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</p> <p>Education: Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) from an accredited institution.</p> <p>Preferred Fields: Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or Financial/Accounting.</p> <p>Experience: 3 to 10 years of financial experience working within the DOD environment.</p> <p>Substitution: 5 additional years of experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.
