We are investing.</p> <p>What you get to do:</p> <ul> <li>Achieve personal gross profit targets through acquisition of new clients and repeat placements </li><li>Execute sales and business development activities, including sourcing, client qualification, candidate marketing, rate negotiations, and cross-selling opportunities </li><li>Attaining targeted billed and collected fees resulting in gross profit for the company </li><li>Develop and implement focused business recruiting and marketing plans to build a pipeline of candidates matching assigned focus jobs </li><li>Conduct independent research to identify, recruit, screen, and interview candidates for client-specific job profiles </li><li>Utilize various technologies to enhance candidate and client experiences, including video interviewing and chat platforms </li><li>Prepare candidates for interviews, perform compensation analysis, and extend competitive offer packages </li><li>Protect placements through guarantee periods and post-placement follow-up activities </li><li>Consistent ongoing interaction with placed talent to identify additional opportunities with clients and potentially engage as future clients </li></ul> <p>What you need to bring:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree is highly preferred </li><li>A minimum of 3 years strong sales in a B2B environment and/or recruiting experience: background in Manufacturing, logistics or construction industries a plus. </li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work within a team environment; detail-oriented with strong decision-making skills </li><li>Ability to communicate effectively with hiring manager and client partners </li><li>Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously and to qualify and close deals </li><li>Assertive and ambitious with strong persuasion and negotiation skills </li><li>Proficiency using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives </li></ul> <p>This job posting is open for 4 weeks.</p> <p>#indeed123</p> <p>Randstad offers competitive pay and bonus structures. Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate's total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s).
