<p>Job Posting:</p> <p>Ferguson Enterprises in Front Royal, Virginia is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Welder in our Pipe Yard on the First Shift! If you have welding experience coupled with a commitment to great customer service, this is the position for you!</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Perform specialty welding tasks, spool pieces, flanges, etc.</p> </li><li> <p>Inspects work for defects, dimensions, alignment, end preparations, and seam splits in pipe</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain a clean and safe welding station while conforming to standards of quality and performance</p> </li><li> <p>Reports all equipment malfunctions, safety issues, and required repairs</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>1 to 3 years of welding experience preferred</p> </li><li> <p>Strong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize workload appropriately in order to balance multiple demands and meet timelines</p> </li><li> <p>Continued focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices</p> </li><li> <p>Attention to detail, demonstrated integrity, and professionalism</p> </li><li> <p>Desire to learn new things</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to thrive in an inclusive environment</p> </li></ul> <p>At Ferguson, we care for each other.
