This is a full time, in office based role that encompasses a variety of responsibilities including: front desk responsibilities, visitor management, vendor management, office management, office engagement, financial management & culture building. You'll be responsible for providing a welcoming, organized, and efficient workspace, ensuring smooth office operations. As part of an expanding global company, this is a fantastic opportunity to manage cross-functional experiences and contribute to a learning-focused organization. This role will report to the Sr. Director, Global Real Estate & Workplace (REW). Our team mission is to enable productivity and connection by providing positive employee experiences through innovative Real Estate & Workplace solutions.</p> <p>What you'll be doing</p> <p>End to end ownership of running the Denver office, including but not limited to, the following items:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Lease management.</p> </li><li> <p>Day to day operations, including managing and resolving any workplace requests.</p> </li><li> <p>Food and beverage program.</p> </li><li> <p>Office improvement projects.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain relationships with the Landlord and vendors.</p> </li><li> <p>Financial/budget management.</p> </li><li> <p>Physical safety and security along with health & safety.</p> </li><li> <p>Plan and execute Events to drive engagement and culture.</p> </li><li> <p>Partner with the Sr. Director on the long-term office lease & space strategy.</p> </li><li> <p>Partner with the global REW team on team wide initiatives, projects and processes.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide secondary remote coverage for our offices in SF, Austin & Mexico City.</p> </li></ul> <p>What you'll have</p> <ul> <li> <p>5-6 years of proven experience in office management.</p> </li><li> <p>Proven experience in hospitality / guest service / customer service roles.</p> </li><li> <p>Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.</p> </li><li> <p>Proficiency in GSuite, Slack, JIRA, Envoy, Brivo, and REW tools.</p> </li><li> <p>Eagerness to learn about and implement AI in daily workflows.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, detail oriented and maintain a high level of confidentiality.</p> </li><li> <p>Understanding of Denver office management regulations and health/safety standards.</p> </li></ul> <p>We understand that not everyone will match each of the above qualifications.
