Green Hills Community is recruiting for a hospitality focused Assistant Director of Nursing to join our team! This role is responsible for the twenty-four-hour nursing care of all residents through the performance of the nursing personnel.</p> <p>YOU ARE EXCITED ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY BECAUSE YOU WILL…</p> <ul> <li>Develop, organize, and operate the nursing services and supportive services for the Health Care Center. </li><li>Build and maintain positive relationships with government agencies, residents, resident family members, and employees. </li><li>Maintain a schedule of daily rounds and assignments of duties for all nursing staff to assure 24-hour coverage sufficient to meet federal and state regulatory requirements and community standards of care. </li><li>Interview and hire new nursing personnel for all levels of care. </li><li>Oversee the completion of new hire and annual performance evaluations. </li><li>Observe and assist in direct resident care. Assist in covering shifts, per the community need.
