<p>Overview</p> <p>The D477 Electrical Integration Department is looking for a highly motivated Program Representative. The successful candidate will support staffing, scheduling, metric tracking, and completion of actions.</p> <p>Responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Processing staffing plans, Cost Account Plan (CAP) sheets, as well as baseline change requests (BCRs) </li><li>Work with outside departments to ensure budgets and resources are allocated to D477 appropriately for tasking and laboratory testing </li><li>Maintain test schedules and support contracting outside vendors to utilize D477 labs </li><li>Track earned value management system (EVMS) performance and inform corrective actions as needed </li><li>Prepare Oracle requisitions for equipment calibrations and material orders </li><li>Support the ongoing projects with responsibilities that include tracking metrics/actions/commitments, preparing meeting content, and providing oversight project data </li><li>Oversee department metrics and tasking for commitments, training, ship certification, etc. </li><li>Support technical product quality (TPQ), audit, and surveillance efforts </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Required:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree </li><li>0-5 years' of experience in relevant to the job description </li></ul> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>An understanding of Electric Boat's problem resolution programs </li><li>Working knowledge of EVMS, ARTEMIS, Manpower Planning, Oracle Purchasing, and performance tools </li><li>Previous experience developing schedules via planning tools and tracking technical progress/actions </li></ul> <p>Skills</p> <ul> <li>Candidates must be highly motivated, possess strong interpersonal, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills. </li><li>Candidate must be able to multi-task, work in teams and possess skills that permit independent functioning without significant oversight. </li><li>Candidate must pay high attention to detail. </li><li>Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Project and PowerPoint </li></ul> <p>Environmental Attributes</p> <p>Inside</p>
