(Must Live in Florida)</p> <ul> <li>Pay: $21/hr </li><li>Location: Work from home with all equipment provided </li><li>Schedule: Monday-Friday 1st and 2nd shifts available </li></ul> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Handle a high volume of inbound calls with professionalism and empathy. </li><li>Verify prescriptions, patient data, and HIPAA information to maintain confidentiality. </li><li>Accurately enter and process prescription orders in our pharmacy system. </li><li>Collaborate with pharmacists and team members to resolve issues quickly. </li><li>Prep, scan, and manage documentation according to policy. </li><li>Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For</p> <p>Required:</p> <ul> <li>Florida Board of Pharmacy Registered Pharmacy Technician license OR National Certification </li><li>Strong data entry and computer skills (Microsoft Office proficiency) </li><li>Excellent communication and customer service skills </li></ul> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>6 months+ of pharmacy experience (retail or call center) </li><li>Knowledge of insurance billing, prior authorizations, and dosing </li></ul> <p>Job Type & Location</p> <p>This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lake Mary, FL.</p> <p>Pay and Benefits</p> <p>The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.</p> <p>Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
