This leadership position requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in managing marketing teams. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with various departments to enhance the hospital's brand, increase patient engagement, manage organizational risk, and drive growth.</p> <p>JOB REQUIREMENTS:</p> <p>5 Years Marketing, preferably within the healthcare sector Required</p> <p>Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns</p> <p>Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team</p> <p>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for storytelling</p> <p>Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms</p> <p>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities</p> <p>Knowledge of regulatory requirements and ethical considerations in healthcare marketing is a plus.</p> <p>EDUCATION:</p> <p>Bachelor's Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field Required</p> <p>MBA Preferred</p> <p>MISSION, VISION & VALUES:</p> <p>MISSION: Clinical excellence.
